The Centre for Human Environment Assessment Research and Training has developed Environment Education and Training Programmes for Environment Professionals particularly working in mining and industries and looking after Environmental Impact Assessment, Monitoring and Compliance including Environmental Audit in India.

Although, there are number of good institutions and academic organisations equipped with training infrastructure in the country, these are having their own mandate of carrying out research and academic courses and need based training as required by development projects especially on Environmental Impact Assessment, Monitoring and Compliance under regulatory framework is always not available with these institutions. Further, existing training modules may have various limitations like:

The in house programmes of training institutes can accommodate only limited numbers from any one organisation.

The industry has also constraints to depute several executives in a particular training due to operation or economic reasons.

All interested executives can not apply or get their application forwarded Dueto conditions like being on probation, not being directly related to subject, very senior in age, or very junior in service.

The training programmes in the training institutions are devised to suit the needs of various organisations, thus lack focus on a particular or specific subject or fields of operation.

C- Heart has a group of environmental executives from regulatory and industrial environment who can impart specialized training to group of executives from any development organisation at their own place of working on a specific subject of Environmental regulation with a focus on issues concerning the project/industry. Therefore, with above points in mind, we have developed various training modules to impart a specific tailor made training programmes specific to your organisation. The Frequency of training can also be selected on half yearly or annual basis and such agreement can be mutually agreed and MOU signed by both the parties.

Further, we clarify here the C-HEART does not charge any fees or any amount for imparting the training. The entitlement of TA,DA ,and honorarium will be claimed by experts as per Govt. of India guidelines. The infrastructure for training including boarding and lodging for participants and experts will be borne by host institutions.

We encourage you to kindly send your feedback on this programme and in case any subject training is necessary to your executives, you may kindly inform this Centre. We follow first cum first basis proposals submitted to us to select and finalise the schedule. From the enclosed schedule, one can select any or all capsules for a single training programmes and split into different periods as needed.
